  1.   How long will it take to receive after mailing?

2. I don't have RMB, can I only pay with an overseas credit card?

    An : No problem, our website supports overseas local credit card payment, and the price of the item already includes the credit card fee. Please rest assured to buy

3. What should I do if I buy the wrong size, can I return it?

   An: Since Japanese shopping malls are exempt from the return business for items that have already left the country, they cannot be returned or exchanged. You can do your homework when buying and try to avoid situations that need to be returned or exchanged.

 

4.  What should I do if there is a quality problem with what I buy?

   An : Generally, I will check the product before packing and sending it out. If you want to check every opening, you can tell me in advance, and I will take a photo to confirm it after checking.

I will try to pack the items that need special packing. If there is damage to the item after receiving it, which affects the normal use, please contact me as soon as possible, and the next time you place an order, we will replenish it for free.

 

5. Will the package be taxed?

6. Can I buy everything?
